3. When the transformer is in normal operation, a certain amount of ventilation is required to meet the requirements of the rated capacity. If it is installed in the basement of a building, ventilation should be enhanced, otherwise the rated capacity or overload capacity will be reduced.

4. During normal operation, it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of the temperature display of the transformer thermostat, and carry out transmission checks on the start-up of the fan regularly to ensure that the fan can be started at any time.

5. When inspecting the transformer, pay attention to check whether the epoxy resin poured outside the coil has cracks and whether the room is humid. During the summer rainy season, the exhaust fan should be turned on regularly to keep it dry.

6. Check that the terminals of the primary and secondary incoming and outgoing lines of the transformer are in good contact and there is no overheating phenomenon.

7. Clean the external insulation of the transformer at least once a year with the help of power outages to keep the surface clean and reduce leakage.
